Weeks can be arranged to start and stop on any day (except Saturday).

Maximum Occupancy is eight including children.

Add $175 ($125 for couples with no additional guests) for standard cleaning and housekeeping Fee.

For Groups of 2 or less (couple) subtract $100 for Weekends or $150 per Week

Sales and Hotel taxes (12% total) will be added to all reservations unless stay is for 30 days or longer.

Reservations require payment in full.

Policies: The primary renter must be at least 25. Sorry…pets are not permitted and smokers are asked to kindly use the decks and screened porch areas only, as common courtesy. Renters not observing policies will be asked to vacate premises without refund.

Cancellation policy: No Refund

At owners descretion, cancellation of fully paid stays can usually be credited towards other available dates.

Note: Because we have neighbors on each side of the house, our place can not accommodate parties, large reunions or loud guests.  If you need a private party house, this is not the right place. Also, due to high decks and the distance between the house and the water (which is moderately steep), families with children under 10 may want to pre-view the house or consider a more level yard for young children.
